This is why the Involve Health Hub team are dedicated to building safe and respectful relationships. Involve Health Hub practitioners have a wide range of training, special interests and professional focus, which allows you to find the right practitioner for you. All of our practitioners are highly trained in their disciplines and use evidence based treatments in order to help improve your health and quality of life.

Jenna Luscombe

Jenna is a registered Psychologist who has a passion for supporting individuals through difficult times in their life and in reaching their potential. Jenna is an open and compassionate practitioner who is flexible in her delivery of therapy so as to best suit her clients needs. Jenna works with young people and adults who are faced with significant difficulties, with an interest in  trauma and early intervention for mental health problems.

Jenna has experience in providing intervention to those that have experienced anxiety, mood disorders, childhood trauma, learning difficulties, developmental difficulties/delays, social difficulties, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and mental health and personality problems. She has worked within not-for-profit mental health and schools to support individuals across a vast range of mental health problems. 

Jenna has a passion for working with neurodivergent individuals and supporting them in their self discovery and understanding of themselves. Jenna practices from a neurodiverse affirming paradigm.

Jenna has also worked in delivering training and workshops in the wider community and conducting psychoeducational assessments.

Jenna is a Psychology Board of Australia Accredited Supervisor for 4+2, 5+1, and higher degree pathways.

Gail Phelps

Gail is a committed and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who enjoys working with individuals to enact meaningful changes in their lives. Gail works with older children, adolescents and adults with a range of mental health problems.

Gail’s particular interest is working longer term with individuals experiencing complex presentations including personality vulnerabilities, emotional dysregulation, self harm and suicidal ideation, eating disorders and trauma related difficulties. Gail also treats general mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, stress and interpersonal difficulties.

Gail practices from a trauma informed, attachment based perspective and incorporates CBT, DBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy and Ego State Therapy approaches to develop treatment plans tailored to her client’s needs. Gail’s primary focus is building a safe and containing space through which to allow clients to build their understanding of themselves, their nuances, difficulties and to develop more adaptive ways of coping.

Gail enjoys working with neurodivergent individuals from a neurodiversity affirming approach to build their self understanding, self acceptance and self advocacy.

Gail is a Psychology Board of Australia Accredited Supervisor for 4+2, 5+1, higher degree and Clinical Registrar training pathways.

Hayleigh Dunne

Hayleigh is a registered Psychologist who has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a diverse range of presentations across a variety of settings including educational and inpatient/outpatient community settings. Hayleigh works with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and learning difficulties. She has a strong passion for working with individuals and their families to support them to advocate for themselves and navigate through difficult times in their lives.

Hayleigh has a passion for working with individuals who identify as neurodivergent, including autistic individuals and ADHD’ers. She is influenced by the Neurodiverse Affirmative Paradigm in her work. She also has a strong passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community, in particular the trans, gender diverse, and non-binary community. Hayleigh is also able to support with WPATH assessments for those seeking gender affirming medical or surgical treatment.

In addition to therapy, Hayleigh administers psychoeducational assessments to children and adolescents for giftedness, learning difficulties, specific learning disorders, intellectual disability, and ADHD. Hayleigh also offers neurodivergent affirming ADHD and autism assessments for adults (ages 17+).

Grace Beasley

Grace is a Registered Psychologist who is driven to support people of all ages to feel empowered and confident within themselves. Grace works to create a non-judgemental and safe space in which people feel heard and understood.

Grace provides flexible client-centred support, adapting evidence-based therapies to suit the client’s presentations, interests and needs. Grace works with children and families, adolescents and young adults. With an interest in mood dysregulation, anxiety and trauma related difficulties. In additional to individual therapy, Grace also administers psychoeducational assessments, including cognitive and academic assessments.

Grace has previous experience working within residential youth setting and a private practice with young people experiencing a range of severe and complex mental health difficulties and those with neurodivergent profiles, such as Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Sharon Hassall

Sharon is a registered Psychologist who is passionate about providing her clients with the necessary tools to reach their potential.   Sharon uses a variety of evidenced based therapeutic interventions with a client focused and empathetic approach.  She provides a warm, non-judgemental space for her clients to feel supported whilst working towards their goals.

Sharon has worked in both not-for-profit and private practice settings and enjoys working with adults. Sharon has a special interest in working with clients impacted by trauma and currently works concurrently in another role supporting clients who have experienced chronic and severe trauma.  Sharon is also experienced in working with people presenting with a number of general mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss and adjusting to life transitions.

Pratyusha (Sonie) Jawalkar

Sonie is a registered Psychologist with strong set of values and passion for helping individuals who are facing various life challenges. She enjoys working with adolescents (13+) and adults, culturally and linguistically diverse, gender and sexuality diverse and individuals from all walks of life. She aims to decrease suffering and improve functioning of individuals by providing collaborative, responsive, empathetic and evidence-based intervention. She is focused on helping her clients understand their own emotions and behaviours while using a mix of cognitive behavioural, ACT, problem focused, DBT, relaxation, schema therapy and mindfulness based approaches.

Sonie has experience working in community health and private practice delivering interventions for a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and loss, domestic violence issues, interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem, chronic illness, health anxiety, pain management, stress, workplace issues and assertiveness. Sonie is multilingual and speaks in English, Hindi and a couple of other Indian languages.

Melissa Boylan

Melissa is a warm, empathetic psychologist with a passion for supporting children, young people and their families. She has over a decade's experience, primarily in the not for profit sector, where she has been employed in roles including youth work, parenting support, supporting young children in child care centres and counselling psychology.

Melissa works with children and young people up to age 12 and their families. Melissa works across general mental health presentations and also has particular interests in supporting neurodivergent children, developmental delays, challenging behaviour, emotional regulation, trauma and attachment issues.

Melissa offers both talk and play based therapies. She believes that younger children learn best through play and uses a child led, play based approach to support the development of social and emotional skills; whilst simultaneously supporting the adults in their lives to better understand and attend to their needs. Melissa is a neuro affirming practitioner and works with children and significant people in their lives to better understand how their brains work and affirm their neurodivergent identity.

Rush H.

Rush is a Registered Psychologist who takes great value in assisting people to navigate through difficult times in their lives.

Rush works with adults experiencing a range of mental health problems including depression, anxiety, stress, panic, stress, sleep issues and more. Rush also enjoys working with adults to manage general adjustment and life stressors.

Rush uses a person-centred style of therapy, which means that she tailors the therapy approach to the needs of each client. She has an eclectic approach and draws from ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. Rush has experience working in community, government, and private practice.

Rush enjoys having a healthy lifestyle, incorporating nutrition and fitness, to benefit her overall wellbeing.

Sophie McNamara

Sophie is a Registered Psychologist who creates a non-judgmental space through her warm, compassionate and person-centred approach to therapy. Sophie works with children under 14 and their families. She supports individuals overcome challenges associate with their mental health and life challenges.  

Sophie has a background working with individuals on the NDIS where she provides reports, assessments and interventions to meet her client’s needs. Sophie has a particular interest in working with children experiencing behavioural challenges, emotional dysregulation and neurodivergence. She works from a holistic family systems approach to address these challenges.  

Drawing from a range of evidence-based theories, Sophie collaborates with her clients to tailor therapy to meet the client’s needs and goals. Sophie works with presentations such as anxiety and depression, life transitions and adjustment, emotional regulation difficulties and interpersonal challenges.

Daniel Wright

Daniel is a dedicated Provisional Psychologist who is completing placement at Involve Health Hub as part of his Master of Professional Psychology at Griffith University. Daniel utilises a compassionate and client-centred approach, tailoring his interventions to each client’s needs. He enjoys working with clients of all ages and endeavours to cultivate therapeutic relationships that are collaborative and empowering.

Daniel provides individual therapy as well as psychoeducational assessments. Daniel’s interests include working with general mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment difficulties, as well as non-clinical concerns such as emotion regulation, self-esteem and lifestyle factors including sleep and relationships. Daniel is also passionate about providing unwavering support and care for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Daniel primarily uses a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, adapted to the individual needs of clients. He genuinely desires to contribute positively to his client's mental health and well-being. Daniel’s background is in early childhood education which has provided him with ample experience assisting children and their families to develop emotion regulation skills and manage difficult behaviours.
